Privacy policy

準備中 / coming（以下「当方」）は、進学マップ（jukenjapan.com、ChatGPT 上の進学マップ アプリを含みます。以下「本サービス」）での個人情報を、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の法令に従い、次のとおり取り扱います。

1. 取得する情報

  • アカウント情報：メールアドレス。Google でサインインした場合は Google から受け取る氏名とメールアドレス。
  • 家族のプロフィール：お住まいの区市町村、お子さまの誕生日・在籍先・日本語と英語のレベル・海外在住年数（任意でニックネーム）、ご家族の国籍、保護者の日本語レベル、滞在予定、月の教育予算、進路の希望。
  • スキャン：撮影・アップロードされたプリントの画像と、そこから作成したカード。プリントにはお子さまの氏名・学校名・アレルギーなどが含まれることがあります。
  • 質問と回答：コンパニオンへの質問と回答、中学受験チェックの回答と結果。
  • お支払いの記録：購入した商品、契約の状態、日時。カード番号は当方に届きません。
  • ChatGPT との連携：連携した場合、ChatGPT のユーザー識別子。
  • 利用状況と不具合の記録：ページの閲覧や操作のイベント、エラーの記録。スキャンの内容・お子さまの情報は含めません。

2. 利用目的

本サービスの提供（スキャンの読み取り、締め切りの表示とリマインダー、質問への回答、決断レビューの作成とお届け）、サインインと本人確認、お支払いの処理と返金、お問い合わせへの対応、不具合の調査と改善のためにのみ利用します。広告のために利用・販売することはありません。

3. お子さまの情報

本サービスは保護者が使うためのものです。お子さまの情報は保護者が入力・撮影したものだけを扱います。スキャン画像は非公開の保存領域に置き、ご本人のアカウントからのみ読み出せます。画像の位置情報などのメタデータは保存時に削除します。お子さまの情報は利用状況の分析や不具合の記録に送らず、AI の提供元でのリクエスト記録も無効にしています。お子さまの情報を AI の学習に使うことはありません。

4. 保存場所と委託先

情報は次の事業者に委託して処理します。いずれも米国の事業者で、当方との契約と各社の規約に基づいて取り扱われます（外国にある第三者への提供を含みます）。

  • Cloudflare, Inc.：本サービスの実行、データベース（D1）とスキャン画像（R2）の保存。保存先はアジア太平洋地域を指定しています。質問の検索のためのベクトル化（Workers AI）。
  • Anthropic, PBC（Cloudflare AI Gateway 経由）：スキャンの読み取りと質問への回答。AI Gateway のリクエスト記録は無効です。Anthropic は API 経由のデータをモデルの学習に使いません。
  • Stripe, Inc.（当方の決済サービス経由）：お支払いと返金。
  • Resend：サインインのコード、リマインダー、レビューのお知らせメールの送信。
  • Amplitude, Inc.：利用状況の分析。
  • Functional Software, Inc.（Sentry）：不具合の記録。
  • OpenAI：ChatGPT で進学マップ アプリを使う場合、そのやり取りは OpenAI の規約に従います。

5. 保存期間

スキャン画像とカードは作成から90日後に自動で削除します。アカウント、プロフィール、質問の記録は、アカウントを削除するまで保存します。お支払いの記録は、法令で保存が必要な期間保存します。

6. 削除と開示

設定画面の「アカウントを削除」から、プロフィール、タイムライン、スキャン、質問、リマインダー設定をすぐに削除でき、ChatGPT との連携も解除されます。保有する個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止のご請求は、下記の窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従って対応します。

準備中 / coming ("we") handles personal information on Shinro Map (進学マップ, jukenjapan.com, including the Shinro Map app in ChatGPT; "the service") as follows, under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws. The Japanese text above is the authoritative version; this is an English rendering.

1. What we collect

  • Account: your email address. If you sign in with Google, the name and email address Google sends us.
  • Family profile: your ward or city, each child's birth date, current school or daycare, Japanese and English level and years abroad (and a nickname if you give one), the family's nationalities, the parent's Japanese level, how long you plan to stay, a monthly education budget, and the route you lean towards.
  • Scans: photos of printouts you take or upload, and the card we make from each. A printout may carry your child's name, school or allergies.
  • Questions: what you ask the companion and its answers; your juken check answers and result.
  • Payments: what you bought, the state of a subscription, and when. Your card number never reaches us.
  • ChatGPT: if you connect it, your ChatGPT user identifier.
  • Usage and errors: page views and actions, and error reports. These never include scan contents or your children's details.

2. Why

Only to run the service (reading scans, showing deadlines and sending reminders, answering questions, writing and delivering the decision review), to sign you in, to take payments and make refunds, to answer you, and to find and fix problems. We never use or sell your information for advertising.

3. Children's information

The service is for parents. We hold only what a parent types in or photographs. Scan images sit in a private storage bucket and can only be read through your own account. Location and other metadata are stripped from images when they are stored. Children's details are never sent to analytics or error reports, and request logging at our AI provider is turned off. Children's information is never used to train AI.

4. Where it is stored, and who processes it

These companies process information for us. All are based in the United States and handle it under their contracts and terms with us (this is a transfer to third parties abroad).

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: runs the service and stores the database (D1) and scan images (R2), with the Asia-Pacific region chosen as their location; turns questions into search vectors (Workers AI).
  • Anthropic, PBC (through Cloudflare AI Gateway): reads scans and answers questions. Gateway request logging is off. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its API.
  • Stripe, Inc. (through our payment service): payments and refunds.
  • Resend: sends sign-in codes, reminders and review emails.
  • Amplitude, Inc.: usage analytics.
  • Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry): error reports.
  • OpenAI: if you use the Shinro Map app inside ChatGPT, that conversation is governed by OpenAI's terms.

5. How long

Scan images and their cards are deleted automatically 90 days after the scan. Your account, profile and questions are kept until you delete your account. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

6. Deleting and asking for your data

Delete account in Settings removes your profile, timeline, scans, questions and reminder settings straight away and disconnects ChatGPT. To ask what we hold, or to have it corrected or no longer used, write to the address below; we confirm it is you and answer as the law requires.
