Terms of service
この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、準備中 / coming（以下「当方」）が提供する進学マップ（jukenjapan.com と ChatGPT 上の進学マップ アプリ。以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとします。
1. 本サービスの内容
本サービスは、日本で子育てをする海外出身の家庭向けに、保育園・学校・受験についての公開情報を、日本語の原文とともに英語などで説明する情報サービスです。学校や区市町村のプリントの読み取り、締め切りのタイムラインとリマインダー、公式の情報源に基づく質問への回答、中学受験チェック、有料の決断レビューとシーズンパスを提供します。
2. アカウント
サインインには、メールに届くコードまたは Google を使います。アカウントは保護者ご本人が管理し、第三者に使わせないでください。アカウントはいつでも設定画面から削除できます。
3. お支払い
有料の商品は、当方の決済サービスを通じて Stripe の決済画面でクレジットカードによりお支払いいただきます。価格、支払時期、提供時期は購入画面と特定商取引法に基づく表記に表示します。シーズンパスは解約するまで、購入画面に表示する期間の間、毎月自動で更新されます。
4. 返金と解約
- 決断レビュー：レビューのメールを受け取ってから7日以内にそのメールへご返信いただければ、理由を問わず全額を返金します。
- シーズンパス：設定画面からいつでも解約でき、お支払い済みの月の末日までご利用いただけます。日割りでの返金はありません。
- 上記以外の返金は、法令で必要な場合を除きお受けしていません。
5. 合格・入園を約束しないこと
本サービスの情報、回答、決断レビューは、公開された要項や制度に基づく情報提供と助言です。合格、入園、入学、選考の結果を約束するものではありません。区市町村や学校ごとに異なる規則は、必ず各窓口や学校の最新の要項でご確認ください。本サービスは、法律・ビザ・医療の助言を提供しません。
6. 禁止事項
法令に反する行為、他人の情報を本人の同意なく登録する行為、本サービスの運営を妨げる行為、本サービスの内容を無断で複製・転載する行為を禁止します。
7. 責任の範囲
当方は、本サービスの情報の正確さに努めますが、内容の完全性を保証しません。本サービスの利用に関して当方が損害賠償責任を負う場合、その額は、損害の原因となった商品についてお客様が当方に支払った金額（シーズンパスの場合は直近1か月分）を上限とします。ただし、当方の故意または重大な過失による場合、および消費者契約法その他の法令でこの制限が認められない場合はこの限りではありません。
8. 変更と終了
当方は、本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。有料の提供中に終了する場合は、事前にメールでお知らせし、未提供分を返金します。本規約を変更する場合は、このページで改定日とともにお知らせします。
9. 準拠法と管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms of service ("terms") set the conditions for using Shinro Map (進学マップ, jukenjapan.com and the Shinro Map app in ChatGPT; "the service"), provided by 準備中 / coming ("we"). 1. The service
An information service for families from abroad raising children in Japan: public information about daycare, school and entrance exams, explained in English (and other languages) with the Japanese original beside it. It reads school and ward printouts, keeps a timeline of deadlines with reminders, answers questions from official sources, runs the juken check, and sells a written decision review and a season pass.
2. Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Google. The account is the parent's own; don't let anyone else use it. You can delete it any time in Settings.
3. Paying
Paid products are paid by credit card on a Stripe payment page, through our payment service. Prices, when you pay and when you receive it are shown at checkout and in the legal notice (特定商取引法に基づく表記). The season pass renews automatically each month for the term shown at checkout until you cancel.
4. Refunds and cancellation
- Decision review: reply to the review email within 7 days of receiving it and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
- Season pass: cancel any time in Settings; you keep access to the end of the month you paid for. No partial-month refunds.
- There are no other refunds, except where the law requires one.
5. No promise of admission
The information, answers and decision reviews are information and advice based on published guidelines and rules. They never promise a place, an admission or the result of any selection. Rules differ by ward and by school: always check the latest guidelines with the ward office or the school. The service gives no legal, visa or medical advice.
6. Not allowed
Breaking the law, entering another person's information without their consent, disrupting the service, or copying and republishing its content without permission.
7. Our liability
We work to keep the information accurate, but we cannot promise it is complete. If we are liable for a loss connected with the service, our liability is capped at what you paid us for the product that caused it (for the season pass, the most recent month). This cap does not apply to loss caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where the Consumer Contract Act or another law does not allow it.
8. Changes and ending the service
We may change the service or stop providing it. If we stop while you have a paid product running, we tell you by email first and refund what was not delivered. If these terms change, this page shows the new version with its date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute about the service.
