When is the Tokyo public combined school aptitude test (適性検査) for April 2027?2027年度の都立中高一貫校の適性検査はいつ？

What to do

Tokyo's metropolitan combined schools admit by an aptitude test (適性検査, tekisei kensa), not the private four-subject exam. Tuition-free, very competitive.

• Enter the application online and hand in the documents by the deadline (online entry closes at 17:00).
• Aptitude test day: Feb 3, 2027.
• Work through past aptitude tests (過去問, kakomon) — they test writing and reasoning in Japanese.
