Who may apply
All of: understands and supports the school's education policy; lives with a guardian (or will by entry) through graduation; finishing primary school in March 2027 or equivalent; at least 1 year living abroad and no more than 3 years since return, or comparable experience of living abroad.
Japanese original (出願資格)
本校の教育方針を理解し、これに賛同する者。・保護者と同居または入学までに同居予定であり、入学後も卒業まで同居できる者。・2027年３月に小学校教育課程を修了見込みの者または同等以上の学力がある者。・海外滞在経験が１年以上あり、帰国後３年以内の者。またはそれに準ずる海外生活経験のある者。

- Must live with a guardian from entry to graduation.
- "Comparable experience" is decided by the school's Global Promotion Department (kogakuin-global@kgi.ed.jp); the school asks families to send a returnee intake form (帰国生受付票) and consult first.
- The interview includes a parent; questions to the parent are in Japanese.
- An English certificate (CEFR B2 for the International class, B1 for the Advanced class) can replace the English test score.
