A sports-day notice (運動会, undōkai, or 体育大会, taiiku taikai) is the event the Ministry of Education's school guidebook describes as sprints, relays, ball-toss games, dance, and cheering for classmates. The guidebook puts the example in the second term, September to December, and says the name, the content and the timing differ by region and school.
The notice from your school names the date, the rain date, what your child wears, and whether parents may come. Those details are not in the guidebook. Follow the paper, and ask the class teacher if a line is unclear.
Your child's dates, not the general ones
Add your child and ward. The timeline does the rest.
