Who may apply
The school describes the returnee exam as for Japanese nationals who lived abroad for a period and are coming back to Japan for school. Aged 12 by 1 April of the entrance year, and either (a) at application, at a school abroad continuously for 1.5 years or more and living abroad, or (b) at a school abroad continuously for 2 years or more and no more than 2 years back in Japan at application.

帰国生入試とは、日本国籍を有する生徒のうち海外で一定期間生活し、進学に合わせて日本へ帰国する予定の生徒を対象とした特別な入試制度です。／入学年度の4月1日で満12歳に達している者で、以下の条件のいずれかを満たす者 イ）出願時点で海外の学校に連続して１年半以上在籍し、海外在住の者 ロ）海外の学校に連続して2年間以上在籍し、出願時点で帰国後2年以内の者
