Math (算数) the way Japanese schools teach it: two pre-school courses for ages 4–5 and 5–6 (年中, 年長) with questions read aloud, one course per school year from grade 1 to grade 6, and a course for the junior-high entrance exams. Units follow the national curriculum's order, each with a lesson, practice and a short check.

中学受験を考える小学6年生が、計算・文章題・図形・データの考え方を順に練習するコースです。四谷大塚が公表する予習シリーズの学習予定表を参照し、関連する回を16単元にまとめた進学マップ独自の構成です。教材本文や過去問は使っていません。各単元では例題を読んでから基本・逆算・複合問題を解き、単元チェックで確かめます。塾の進度と異なる場合は、必要な単元を選んで復習してください。公開カリキュラムの参照先：https://www.yotsuyaotsuka.com/kyozai/?type=normal（2026年10月23日確認）。

    Decimals, fractions and inverse operations小数・分数の計算と逆算

    通分してから計算し、逆算は最後の計算からもどす。

  2. Unit 2

    Ratios and proportional allocation比・比例配分・逆比と連比

    比をそろえて1あたりを求め、同じ道のりでは逆比を使う。

  3. Unit 3

    Meeting, overtaking and passing旅人算・追いつき・通過算

    出会いは速さの和、追いつきは差、通過は長さの和を使う。

  4. Unit 4

    River and clock problems流水算と時計算

    同じ時間にどれだけ差が変わるかを考える。

  5. Unit 5

    Work rates and changing totals仕事算とニュートン算

    全体を1に置く考え方と、増減の差を使い分ける。

  6. Unit 6

    Remainders and inclusion-exclusion整数・余りと包除

    余りの条件を等差数列にし、重なる数を二度数えない。

  7. Unit 7

    Number basesN進法と数の並び

    1つ左の位に移るごとに何倍かを確かめる。

  8. Unit 8

    Sequences and patterns等差数列と規則性

    増える数と、最初から何回増えたかを分けて考える。

    Counting arrangements and selections場合の数：組み合わせと並べ方

    順序を区別するか確認し、重複を除いて数える。

    Similarity, area and volume ratios相似・辺の比・面積比と体積比

    長さ・面積・体積の比は1乗・2乗・3乗の違いがある。

  11. Unit 11

    Circles and sectors円とおうぎ形

    円周と面積を区別し、おうぎ形は中心角の割合で求める。

  12. Unit 12

    Sections and projections of solids立体の切断・投影と積み木

    切り口の形、底面積、高さを分け、見える面と体積を区別する。

  13. Unit 13

    Moving points and changing area点の移動と面積の変化

    動く点によって変わる底辺や高さを見つける。

  14. Unit 14

    Tanks and water-level graphs水そうの体積と水量グラフ

    水量の増加と水面の上がり方を底面積で結び付ける。

  15. Unit 15

    Logical conditions and sets条件整理・集合と推理

    同じ基準で条件をそろえ、重なりを確認する。

  16. Unit 16

    Ages, elimination and working backwards年齢算・消去算・還元算

    変わらない差や同じ数量を見つけ、条件をもとに戻す。
